With thanks to the SatanBug for playing the Recording Angel ...

A dozen eggs (and a couple more for luck), butter, fried onions, sausages, ham, salami, spiced beef, tomatoes, slathers of cheese, more butter, sauteed mushrooms. With fresh brown bread.
Also some chilli fried mackerel, just in case the omelette did not suffice. And coffee afterwards.
My arteries clogged up just *looking* at those.
ReplyDeleteWe ought to have a cook-off - Mr. Prufrock vs. Mr. Mody....and THEN decide whose omelettes are Best in the World.
Till then Old Man, these are empty words (and pictures).
Is that an top-uncooked omelette? And way too much meat.
ReplyDeleteThat's a bloody frittata - not an omelette. And it belongs in medieval Germany.
It doesnt look very apetizing at all
ReplyDelete@ ??...eat it to believe how good the thingie was...
ReplyDeleteabsolutely delicious and all that old crumpet...
Line from an old movie : This is truly (visually, figuratively, literally and functionally) an heart stopper.
ReplyDeleteLooks appetizing!
ReplyDeleteA sure-fire way to have a heart attack though!
And I thought I made good omelettes!
You put me to shame.

ReplyDeleteJAP, Yummy, smackalicious ande ka funda. However, 11 minutes will surely not be enough for a dozen eggs! But then, Girl #1 doesn't mind the rolly polly teddy bear for a "Puppah", so no worries, I guess :P
ReplyDeleteLucky you Satanbug! You get to first ogle and then taste!
And a visit to the local investigation centre for a quick measurement of the old artery clogging cholesterol , maybe?
ReplyDeleteAll said and done, Ill put my chips on your omelette since we have visual evidence of it.
looks.....yummy!!!...heard a lot about it too!!
ReplyDeleteSome of those pics on the left are lovely!
ReplyDeleteI am pretty good at omeletes myself, but chilli fried mackerel?
Okay FINE that looks yum. Now post. This lack of posting time does not go at all with what we've always been told about gorment employees.
ReplyDeleteOpaline has a very insolent view of said gorment employees .
ReplyDeletekhide pachhe.
ReplyDeleteYou win. (If you remember an old, old exchange we had about cooking skills.)
